2. Participation

Participation in the giveaway takes place by completing and submitting the entry form and agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Eligible participants are natural persons aged 18 or older with residence in the European Union (EU), Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Iceland, or Liechtenstein.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.

Employees of B4-Distribution GmbH and participating partner companies (Waldorf Music GmbH and FATAR SRL), as well as their relatives, are excluded from participation.

Participation via automated procedures (e.g., bots) is not permitted.

3. Participation Period

The giveaway runs from April 28, 2026 to May 17, 2026.

4. Prizes and Selection Process

The following prizes will be raffled among all participants:

1x Waldorf Nave Plugin
1x Waldorf Microwave Plugin

Winners will be selected at random after the end of the giveaway and will be notified by email by May 31, 2026.

If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be drawn.

Prizes are non-transferable. Any costs associated with the prize (e.g., international shipping) may be covered by the organizer or must be borne by the winner.

5. Data Processing and Marketing Consent

Participation in the giveaway is conditional upon the participant consenting to the use of their email address for marketing purposes.

By participating, the participant explicitly agrees that their email address may be used for marketing purposes by the companies listed below.

This consent includes receiving information about products, offers, and promotions via email.

Consent to receive marketing emails is a prerequisite for participation in the giveaway. Participation is therefore granted in exchange for receiving marketing emails.

The email address provided by the participant will be used for:

Marketing emails will only be sent after successful confirmation via the double opt-in procedure. The participant will receive an email requesting confirmation of their subscription. Only after this confirmation will they be added to the mailing list.

The email address will be shared with the companies listed above.
These companies process the data independently for the purpose of sending marketing emails.

Withdrawal of Consent
Consent to receive marketing emails can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future, for example via the unsubscribe link included in every email.

Withdrawal does not affect participation in a giveaway that has already been completed.

Data processing is based on:

• for the giveaway only as long as necessary

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these terms and conditions.

7. Liability

The organizer is fully liable for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body, or health.

Otherwise, the organizer is only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

8. Miscellaneous

• Cash payment of prizes is excluded.
• Legal recourse regarding the selection of winners is excluded.
• The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
