2. Participation<\/strong><\/p>\n

Participation in the giveaway takes place by completing and submitting the entry form and agreeing to these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n

Eligible participants are natural persons aged 18 or older with residence in the European Union (EU), Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Iceland, or Liechtenstein.<\/p>\n

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.<\/p>\n

Employees of B4-Distribution GmbH and participating partner companies (Waldorf Music GmbH and FATAR SRL), as well as their relatives, are excluded from participation.<\/p>\n

Participation via automated procedures (e.g., bots) is not permitted.<\/p>\n<\/div>

3. Participation Period<\/strong><\/p>\n

The giveaway runs from April 28, 2026 to May 17, 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>

4. Prizes and Selection Process<\/strong><\/p>\n

The following prizes will be raffled among all participants:

\n1x Waldorf Attack Plugin
\n1x Waldorf Nave Plugin

Winners will be selected at random after the end of the giveaway and will be notified by email by May 31, 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

If a winner does not respond within 7 days<\/strong>, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be drawn.<\/p>\n

Prizes are non-transferable. Any costs associated with the prize (e.g., international shipping) may be covered by the organizer or must be borne by the winner.<\/p>\n<\/div>

5. Data Processing and Marketing Consent<\/strong><\/p>\n

Participation in the giveaway is conditional upon the participant consenting to the use of their email address for marketing purposes.<\/p>\n

By participating, the participant explicitly agrees that their email address may be used for marketing purposes by the companies listed below.<\/p>\n

This consent includes receiving information about products, offers, and promotions via email.<\/p>\n

Consent to receive marketing emails is a prerequisite for participation in the giveaway. Participation is therefore granted in exchange for receiving marketing emails.<\/p>\n

    Marketing emails will only be sent after successful confirmation via the double opt-in procedure. The participant will receive an email requesting confirmation of their subscription. Only after this confirmation will they be added to the mailing list.<\/p>\n

    \nThe email address will be shared with the companies listed above.
    \nThese companies process the data independently for the purpose of sending marketing emails.<\/p>\n

    Withdrawal of Consent<\/strong><\/em>
    \nConsent to receive marketing emails can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future, for example via the unsubscribe link included in every email.<\/p>\n

    Withdrawal does not affect participation in a giveaway that has already been completed.<\/p>\n

          The organizer is fully liable for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body, or health.<\/p>\n

          Otherwise, the organizer is only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).<\/p>\n<\/div>

          8. Miscellaneous<\/strong><\/p>\n
